Martyr's A Division League 2063 BS

Finally Nepal Police Club (NPC) succeeded to win A Division League with the arrival of new coach Birat Krishna Shrestha. NPC lift the title with 20 win, 5 draw and a loss. Meanwhile, defending champion Manang Marshyagdi Club (MMC) moved to fourth position with 17 win, 4 draw and 5 losses. Nepal Army Club played better game in this league and they secured second position with 20 win, 3 draw and 3 losses. NPC played very good football and they showed defending champion MMC and star team Three Star Club that football was a team game not star game. NPC played as a team and they were lucky because their key players like Hari Khadka, Ramesh Budathoki, Ananta Thapa, Rakesh Shrestha all were 100 percent fit to lift the title. NPC succeed to beat MMC, Nepal Army and Three Star to lift the title for the first time.
NPC young talented Jumanu Rai was also crucial to win the title. The title deciding match was played between Nepal Police and Nepal Army in which cops needed a win meanwhile gun men needed a draw but cops was success to score 2 goals which was scored by Jumanu Rai and Ramesh Budhathoki to lift the title. Two teams Saraswoti Youth Club and Brigade Boys Club were relegated to B Division. National and cops captain Hari Khadka who is also the leading goal scorer with 13 goals won the best player of the tournament to win Yaris Car and he was the only one nominees for this award.  ANFA added one more award for best coach from this year and it was belongs to NPC coach Birat Krishna Shrestha, Bikarna Shrestha of Nepal Army took best forward award, Raju Tamang was the best playmaker, Anjan KC was the best defender, Surendra Shrestha of New Road Team took best goalkeeper to win Yamaha G5 Bike. Anil Gurung of MMC was the highest scorer with 31 goals. .
